During the time Trekos hardly cancel your trek due to any effective moments, cancellation will be happening due to the unexpected problems such as bad weather, some government notice, or any other factor of reason which is not in our control. In some variant cases, the following Refund and Cancelation policy will be applicable.
To make sure a difficulty- free experience, we always advice you to book your treks in advance at least 2 months before your trek date. If you want to cancel your trek, kindly inform us in written. Cancellation or refund policy will be applicable form that day onwards.
Our cancellation and refund policy are following:
We have customized the cancellation and refund policy that is totally trustworthy, workable, and comfortable for every single trekker of Trekos. Let’s know about the procedure:
- When you will cancel your trek before 21 days or more from beginning of your journey date, our team will debit 10% regarding GST and the transaction charge and rest of the 90% will be refundable according to our refund policy.
- When you cancel your trek before 15-20 days from beginning of your journey date, our team will debit 30% regarding GST, transaction, stays at base and many more. Rest of the 70% will be refundable according to our refund policy.
- When you cancel your trek before 7-14 days from begging of your journey date, our team will debit 50% regarding GST, stays at base, rations, permits of trek, guides, accessories and many more. Rest of the 50% will be refundable according to our refund policy.
When you cancel your trek before 1-6 days from begging of your journey date, then our team will debit 100% because from our end all arrangement has being done to make your trekking experience thrill, joyful, and memorable and we are ready to take you on your destination.
